It will not be "fixed", simply because it's not broken in the first place.

Im a multiple rank 1 sorc at this mod.(softcore)
Last season our grp managed to reach 99 in less than 2 weeks which was a great achievment for us.(softcore)
I can only agree that pushing for the top spots on the ladder isnt ment to be for casual players, but for those who just want to enjoy a bit of nostalgia any mod of d2 is great fun i'd figure.
I recently joined the MXL community and got to admit, i got my booty blasted.
The game is far beyond what even a veteran of d2 vanilla or LoD player would expect.
The scaling in this mod is insane and if you want to enjoy the steep learning curve you have to dedicate yourself and admit to the balance of the mod.
I know the mod has been around for decades but wasn't realy appealing to me;until now.
Maybe it was the gfx issues, which were fixed recently, the amount of visual "clutter", or simply the fact that path of diablo caught my interest in the first place. (long history of path of exile).
However, ,as a SC player im impressed how some people have an astonishing amount of experience playing this mod on HC.
Vanilla d2 , LoD or PoD are a joke compared to this mod in my honest opinon and i want to tip my fedora to all those people who commit to the challenge of having just one life.
As a new player in MXL i can assure you its hard enough to play on SC, even with a long history of RPG d2 etc.
As a resume: Who ever wants to challenge himself, try out this mod for sure
Or they will be supposed to stay at higher lvl than usual characters..
