It is craftable in a very acceptable amount of tries, do not really need anything else on that mace. Some people do not have Taha when just starting Astro is comfortably done with 3-8k exo, and is extremely easy with 7-18k

I used barbarian for its crowd control (together with DA it's nice) and Gift of the Wild. Although now that Shapeshifters Bloodlust gains lvls it might give some nice dmg boost, haven't really tested.
