why do 90% of the skills suck at the moment?

they don't. only like 40% of the skills actually suck and that's because 1.) more important things on agenda for game completion and 2.) balancing is never a complete task -- constant buffing/nerfing to draw attention to new items/builds, fixing the meta, etc.

How do i craft good Rings and Amulets ? Noob friendly pls

What is the point of leveling amazon "barrage " skill more than 6 levels ( removes cooldown) ?

rings and amulets cannot be crafted. pick up any rare ring and amulet and look if it fits into your build.
You can also check the list of Unique rings in the documentation.
The ones that are listed in the TU section can be 'crafted' by using the Tiered Unique upgrade recipe on any ring. Problem is, that the outcome is total random. The odds of getting a specific ring out of this recipe can be looked up on a list that is pinned in the general channel on discord.
Another option is burning gold via gambling and hoping for the gg rare ring...

As Mortimer_85 stated above you can't craft rings and amulets but there is an interesting recipe that you can use with all of those "junk" rare rings and amulets.

I saw in a Video from 07/19 someone with a TU Amulet with way more stats on it then it should have

I am currently playing Necro summoner and was wondering if someone had some Ideas for on switch buffs and good items to sacrifice for my iron golem.
Currently using Sangreal RW for the Blood Aura Buff
Playing the Abyss Knight/Jinn Style

I am also interested in possible Gear Compositions for my Merc, so he is actually usable again. Using A2 Merc right now

Really dumb question but how do you defeat Buyard Cholik if they're immune to all damage? At least with Akarat you could kill those minions to weaken them but not sure what I'm doing right to defeat this boss?
