Hellmouth does not have any % Physical/Magic SPELL Damage, it's flat direct magic damage that can't convert, cause that's not what the orange text says it can do.

It adds damage from fire spell damage and physical/magic spell damage.
Hellmouth does absolutely nothing for it

Depends, best is to learn to use SpeedCalc and D2Stats https://www.median-xl.com/tools.php and check Base Item's speed modifier in docs for the type of bow you are using. Also if you use Ecstatic Frenzy (which you should) then you don't need any IAS, as you get more charms you easily go down to 8 frames and maybe then you can use some MOs to take you down to 7 frames which is max. But if you are not using Ecstatic Frenzy then calculate and aim for 8 frames, also get the set cause you get to 8 even without Ecstatic Frenzy because of Wolf Stance, but if you use both you'll get at 7 frames. And you can wait to do all this calculation until lvl 115 after you get some of the charms with speed affixes, maybe even after you get a Duncraig trophy at around lvl 120.

Can anyone help me quick with the last part of Yshari maze? I'm in snare of destruction and I've been using an old map to guide myself through the maze, but it seems this one is modified (snare of destruction) and I am kinda lost. Is there a new map I can use?

Did not know about the new stairway.

I did blink up there, set catalyst and incineration and then walk casually around like an assassin attempting at dodging zombies. Hardest part was picking up the charm after. My dexterity with a mouse is terrible.

I must add that I finally got the Vizjun helm to replace Lavadome and Asheara’s Armor to replace Moonwrap. ( 5% less spell damage, way more survivability. Farmed Baal to get Spirit of Creation. (Took 5 kills). Long farming to 125 coming

Seems legit for me.
If you don't like being able to join/make game use command /servers to show list of servers. You can change to chosen server with command /gs # (where # is server number). Few tries and you should find not working one and be unable to make/join games again
