-enemy resist is not taken into consideration when you read the LCS info . your real damage is calculated when attacking the enemy , as it also depends on how much resistance/absorb/reduction does your enemy have

If I have an ethereal weapon (rLvl 30) and make an enhanced RW in it (eg. Tal-Xis) what will its new level requirement be? Still 120? Reason for asking is I'd like to MO it with ias afterwards.
