Question about Class charms, and upgrading them with veteran tokens.
So there are 5 evil eye veteran tokens that you can find and transmute with your class charm to upgrade them. This upgrade adds the following according the this page:

+1 to [Your class] Skill Levels
+20% to Experience Gained
But these evil eye veteran tokens are found in both nightmare and hell. Does this mean that you can perform this upgrade twice? I ask because I've seen class charms that have been upgraded with both 3skill and sometimes 4skill total to the class skill level. And if they can be performed twice, do you have to keep track of which tokens you found in nightmare and which you found in hell and apply them in the cube appropriately?
Any insight into this important but not frequently talked about aspect of median xl is much appreciated.

Only once, nightmare/hell tokens are 'shared' its the same mob, just spawn on both difficulties.

Does Enhanced Damage work on elemental weapons? e.g.,
Is an elemental weapon be able for a wdm skill? If so, then the skill deals no phy damage but only ele damage?

yes but its pointless cuz the weapon is literally 1-2 damage enhanced by 200% = no real physical damage upgrade. +maximum damage is more feasible if ur looking for some next level build. still not exactly getting full worth if you want both though
