And whats the reason behind your boots? Do you use this oskill? i dont think so. Most of the times - more dmg = more survivability. Try to get the - enemy res cap And everything should be fine. You are still playing a caster / cant play it like a melee char

Thanks for the input. I just died a lot last night in Duncraig and wanted someone to look over my character to see if I missed something.

Dodge barrels = win

- if you deal enough dmg to melt them you can literally rush through the whole level without getting hit

Its not so much the barrels as when I divine app through walls I cant clear mob.

Try respecc to the Shadow tree for Scourge if you are farming.

The Imperius set gives a lot of attributes and avoid, but dmg output will be way lower than crafts due to the lack of pierce and low lsd rolls on all pieces. The set pieces also have a lot of wasted/weak stats on them. It being a level 90 set doesn't help with MOing during that sluggish midgame leveling phase either.

So yes you can use them, but still upgrade to crafts when possible.

Hide of the Basilisk is an option. But if you wanna go for a craft - +2 skill + spell dmg / pierce blessed with MF can be easily better as queen of glass. If you need fcr, cube your weapon with Mystic orbs or get some FCR/spelldmg jewels
