You need umos and effigies on every build if you want to farm high tiers. You have to use a lot of socket space and item slots to meet the survivability requirements, which hurts your dmg a LOT, thats where umos come to the rescue.

This one is nice, but even without such good items 14 clean and 15 half clean.....

How's melee sorc handle Lazarus compared to other sorc builds?
The elemental build is not good in practice. Doesn't have boxing potential cuz of low physical dmg to leech life, and couldn't survive if you are slowed in the middle of a mob. Also if the first 3 hits don't proc anything then you are very likely to die.
But with physical build you can easily leech life to stay alive.
