Thank you both for the tips on restoring mana. I used mana leech rings and crafted jewels to get me past the hump to level 115.

Edit: I'm deleting my follow-up question on enhanced damage, as I found a thread that explains the enhanced damage cap.

You definitely don't need regen . Even with spamming DJ, u'll stay full mana.

Holy Melee is really good to start a league even though there wasnt any changes to it this patch. I suggest everyone to try it out at least once.

For weapons Intimidating or Weird, for armors Creepy. This build doesnt need shrinecrafting though, cinadide set + runewords are enough to do all content up to 125.

How many % deadly strike and how % crushing blow we are aiming for with end game gear?

Why not go with a 1H setup now that Dragon Morph is gone?

I feel like having am 8 frame vs a 6 frame attack w/ weapon and shield would be a huge deal-breaker. You can make up the damage with other items and not even lose much damage if you have access to swords like Maleficence or a well rolled eth

Crushing blow is useless since it doesnt work on bosses. For ds, whatever you can get. Usually you have 10 from khazra, 5 from each ring and thats it. You can also mo some as well, so overall it should be something like %25.

1H is shit because there is no non-class spesific good 1h weapons in the game except samael sword. If you can get samael sword you can change your entire gear and go dex instead. You will have pretty much same damage but will also have %75 block and infinite attack rating. But apart from Maleficence, there is no weapon to contest the current choices. Neither of your suggested gear gets even close to the damage you do with current setup.
