To start

Nice job on getting oris herald and the collector, work on getting black masquerade and spirit walker if you have the trade gold to spare but you can make plenty of improvements without having to do that just yet. Also, looks like you've got a decent set of charms for lvl 122 pally.

Now for the stuff to improve.

go farm signets of learning in torajan jungles until you get to 400, putting all the new ones into energy (you can respec later and go heavier on vitality then)

helmet, 5 x phys/magic MO

weapon, 5 x phys/magic MO

belt, 5 x phys/magic MO

gloves, 5 x phys/magic MO

not a high priority but if possible find a better left ring and 5 x phys/magic MO it (a rare one with better energy factor like your right ring and one with decent phys/magic spell damage before adding the MOs. they can spawn up to 15% phys/magic, and then try to lucky it up to 20%, then MO another 10%, so a perfect one would get you to 30%, but at least get it into the 20's if possible.) Kurast 3000 BA is a good place to farm for the rare rings

Get a shamanka on switch unless you have an act 5 merc and even if you do shamanka bloodlust will probably give you a little better

What's your physical resists with demiurge up? If it's under 50% which i'd venture it likely is, you might want to put more into blessed life and less into rapture. Going fast is nice but not at the expense of physical resists. A point or two into rapture is fine at this point, you can respec later once your gear is getting you the physical resists needed to hit 50%.

what are your resists? if they are too low socket a few gems to get closer to 75% on fire, cold and lightning (Onyx, Amber and Bloodstone)

can't really see what you have in your sockets? It looks like you've had to put a bit a too much into strength to wear you gear so if possible socket with -10% requirement jewels, or -4% requirement mystic orbs. This will allow you to put more into energy (VoJ damage) and vitality (survivability)

If you use d2stats maybe post a screen shot of page 1 and 2 while demiurge is up so we can see a little more details

I have been having a couple issues with the build. My resist is not maxed, which I feel I need now that I got to hell difficulty. What's the best way to manage resist with also getting the energy factor to the 425%?

Second. Can someone clarify the attributes this build should have? I have been primarily been placing my points in vit and eng but now that sacred items are dropping I am needing much more strength. Any suggestions?

So this build really isn't a good one to go with as a starter, but if you really want to stick with this one right now you'll probably want to work towards this type of gear for where you're at in the game.

Also, if you can farm Torajan Jungles for Learning Signets you're going to want to do that as soon as possible given you only have 11 out of 400 so far.

Like I said, it's really not a good one to jump into as one of your first builds but once you can get it down it's definitely one of the most fun and a great mid to late game farmer (not the best end game boss killer, but that's a different discussion). Anyway, you may want to take a look at this thread if you haven't already. There's a ton of great information. It's also where you'll see this build isn't recommended as a starter build.
