a full character from the other guys account will be transferred to your account.
thats why you should have space for a new character in your TSW account

Something like 1tg = 2AC or something like that?

There is not a exact ratio for trading in this game. Depends on the time of ladder and the meta.

As for AC. The ratio 1tg:3ac is what I did in mid of May. Now its should be much lower (like 100ac for only 20-25tg) unless you are getting scammed for the ratio 1tg:2ac.

You can check where you can get oskill Kraken Stancr and other oskills easily via document.

DOCUMENT > wiki > items affix > choose the oskill from drop downlist and it will shows to you
