4 earth boots is decent for areas with immunes - just depends on how much dmg you would loose after that - but having 40k Apoc dmg should be enough to farm fauzt at an okay speed

There is few approaches. Breaking immunes is one, going raw damage is other.
From experience of my friends who play this build, they say for fauzt you need very high apoc damage, then it becomes easy, because you kill so fast.
In order to reach high apoc damage you want +all skills (and apoc), and EF crafts + EF jewels, preferably life after kill crafts. EF adds more damage than spell power, which gets diminished, as it comes from many sources/buffs.
This build is pretty much full crafts, and boots must have +apoc rolled on them. For weapon slots either crafted shield + t6 bonebreaker, or tu staff with apoc. Staff is more damage.
