Kab, Xis, and COTW are the only things I know of that can't be unsocketed. Only two are runes. The person I quoted said only the Xis rune can't be unsocketed so I'm asking if XVI changed Kab to allow it to be unsocketed and I just missed the change (completely possible).

I played around UH melee. Is it worth to prebuff with terror strike for more spell damage and then cast long-time buffs like Symphony of Destruction and Vessel of ...?

those skills always calculate their dmg based on your current spell dmg - not the one you had when you activated it; only +skills help

I was looking at the docs and it says that "+%" modifiers don't affect your merc. Is this true? Wouldn't that make customization difficult? Also, do some mercs benefit from class specific things such as X to Amazon skill levels for the Act 1 mercs, Act 5 mercs being able to wear barbarian only armor, etc...?
