no, only physical weapon damage does

Short) Is there a way to farm with hostile reanimates or anything similar?
Longer) Was thinking about stuff like "do reanimates actually leave corpses so they can be chain-killed", "do reanimates/Hades Gate stuff/whatever ever have loot", "do those enemies inherit an area's drop bias", etc. I actually first thought about farming Hello Retard (100% reanimate) until I realized Trollskull also has RIP, derp.

Is the MAELSTROM (Effect: javelin that emits multiple novas while in flight) oskill viable as a primary damage skill? Is it WDM, or no? Is it correct to assume it spawns on Javelins?

Yes, it is available, bit, imo, not viable as a main damage skill. It only lasts for 1 sec. and the nova is very small to hit a big crowd (smaller than Maelstrom Mk.V or Spike Nova). It is used to be an old assa throwing skill many patches ago, when there were different builds.

random walk/run speed mod - can i be found on anything other than phase crystal and roflcopter?
and how the actual effect works? is it like a sine wave of walk speed? or more of S&H wave?

It's also on one of the secret realm runewords. It adds a random number on the interval [-75; 125] to your FRW. This number is rerolled 5 times a second.

Btw a sine wave is not random but deterministic
