Can this mod creators make a new whole ACT?
new textures....maps..enemies...NPC interaction?
or you can only change whats already on the game?

It's nearly imposible (or it will take alot of tme with full paid-off for work of comparably small team of developers/testers and without any visible attention to "new patches" that we all seeing every 3 months). They can i think but it's just not worth.

@everyone We’ve been hard at work in the past year in much more than our biggest patch yet, Median XL 2.0, which has been in development for nearly a year. Christmas month has arrived, so what better time to launch a massive spree of announcements/teasers:

This new major engine+content patch will bring a series of QoL improvements, new GUI, in-game stat sheets, and some even crazier features. Content-wise an even bigger world will await for you and among many changes you can also expect a new vast rift which will put Fauztinville to shame. Scosglen will be a series of quests in a massive location that will be as close as it gets to an “Act 6”. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. There’s a lot more features to announce still, and (hopefully) a final transition patch: 1.8.

Soon we will be announcing the full details of this exciting realm-only patch. This patch is already finished and was beta tested so that 100% of our focus would be in the development of 2.0, the new massive patch which should come after 1.8. There will be loot, a lot of loot. And a new zone, which happens to have more loot. Even new loot. The 1.8 patch will be the perfect opportunity to try a new unique experience for those that never played online, and overall a huge opportunity for the whole playerbase to enjoy and experiment with everything MXL has to offer.
