Does spell damage % and phys/magic spell damage from mystic orb affect necro melee Parasite active skill? Also do I need to do judgement day upgrades for the charm to be able to be cubed into fragments?

No. Spell damage works for spells as the name advertises, and parasite is a melee attack.

Hello I've been googling around but I can't seem to find the answer to this question : Does EWD work on IED type weapons? Or does EWD only affect the physical component of weapons?

EWD only works on physical damage (which is why it's named "weapon physical damage" in most places now). IED weapons have their own stat named IED to do pretty much the same thing.

So I am about to make Obedience and I wanted to know what base item to use. Should I get a T1 for its reqs or is there some benefit in using sacred tier as a base

tier 4 is fine because you can still get 6 sockets. doesn't have to be sacred

You cant make that in a t1, because it has only 2 sockets, and te rw needs 4. The smartest choice is to make it in a t4 for max sockets, as thereis no benefit to use a sacred.
