some ideas for skilling etc. would be great

Skills basically same as Cold Werewolf except the following:

Twisted Claw: 1
Feral Escalation: Max
Howl of the Spirits: 0
Faerie Fire: Max

Obviously full STR and gearing is same as Werebear with an emphasis on deadly strike.

Still, dex werewolf is much better at bossing than str one because Howl of the Spirits is a huge help.
