What why? Why use frenzy? It is 150 free ias and you have pretty much useless defense. If you can get your ias breakpoints from other sources, you dont need to use it, it is just very convenient. Or why 1 point only in frenzy? Because the magic dmg from it is useless when you already have tons of ewd already from passives, and you need the points in other skills since passives take away most of your points.

I have no idea wtf you’re even talking about tbh. I made one post about the state of Java/Amazons about a month ago and then the devs patched their bugged talent tree like 24 hours later so I moved on from the Java discussion entirely as the thread shifted to: All of my other gripes have been with HOZ/Amazon trees/passives design philosophy in general. I only commented here the other day because I watched a very experienced/very geared friend struggle in Scos with BiS gear.

Won’t name names but he streamed the whole thing. I tried giving him advice on how to improve the build, testing out thrill seeker vs. titans, min-maxing and such. Eviscerate clear just didn’t seem that effective considering how spread out Scos mobs are.. Perhaps you can share some footage of you “shredding” Scos so We can figure out what we were doing wrong.

I have been reading some comments about this build having problems in SCOS. After my extreme disappointment leveling a Bowzon (my go-to favorite for MF farming), I saw this guide pop up. I had read about the total rework that Marco did on the Javazon, so I retooled my Bowzon for this build.

I followed the guide for the endgame farming variant with a few exceptions. I went for maximum physical damage which I maximized with UMOs that provided either EWD or Damage to Undead / Demons (This used with the

With this build, I am able to clear T10 Labs with a few exceptions. I have trouble with the Unstable Anomaly, Phoboss, The Navigator, and the Corrupted Assassin. I am pretty sure in each case it comes down to magic damage, but I cannot be sure. The trick in the Labs is to immediately target the ranged mobs in the background shooting at you regardless of what is physically attacking you, with Eviscerate. Once all of the ranged attackers are melted, you can pound what remains of the physical attackers with Impale. Eviscerate also has a technique to it. When you shoot at distant mobs, aim in an imaginary straight line, starting from yourself, through the mobs to the edge of the screen and click on the edge of the screen at that spot, the further out you aim Eviscerate past the mobs, the tighter your javelins will group, making your attack hit many more times per throw.

Of course this build is not On-line and my gear would be impossible for On-line, but I hope it points people towards, what I consider to be, the most devastating build in Patch 2.1.

Anyone have some tips for the new Atanna Khan fight? I breezed through most ubers with this char but holy hell this one is brutal with zon's terrible fhr frames. Aside from shieldmaiden seemingly never procing in it, i eventually just get animation locked and die

Interesting, I'll give javazon a try. But I can't keep my merc alive.

How do I know I can transfer to phys, or is there some kind of midway phys setup that I can try? I have thrillseeker, giant's knuckle and dyers eve. But I am lacking all the other items (just sold my SBS...). Are there some TU's that can fill gaps for a while? I might also have akarat's trek somewhere.

I do have all midgame gear, but I don't like the poison feel. I'd like to find some midgame phys setup, I mean, is it feasible?

Midgame physical is totally fine.

You've already got Thrillseeker so use that since it's very good damage and Maelstrom has more consistent area coverage than Eviscerate.
If anyone else wants to go midgame phys without one, use a sacred honorific throwing spear or maiden javelin (best damage is a weird or intim bless with ED, max damage, CB, EWD, DS).

Thanks, I can work with that. I'm currently still in my midgame poison setup, but I'm preparing to get everything together. Found 40 move speed boots with high def and 1% PR so that will be good for Wind Runner!

125 now, sadly upgraded the royal circlet on my other phys char so I'll have to level up a bit before I can use it :P

Haven't found any zon hats yet, even though I have some 140 char and did a lot of farming. Eventually it will drop. Fauzt was comfortable to farm from the get go with this zon after hitting 125. Bremmtown is a pain though. No def, desync and other issues make it painful. I'll return to Bremm when I have found out how to do it fast and deathless. Definitely a different experience from totem nec, poison/cold sorc and ww barb.

Maybe switching to phys will help in Bremm because of the additional avoid.

Also: What would be the desirable stats to put on the Corrupted Wormhole?

Eh, you lose all of your TCD when switching to phys so I don't think it helps in Bremmtown. That area's just really hard on the build before getting a nice body armor (you can make a

in a sacred base and wear it just for Bremmtown/Vizjun/Ureh). Max cold res can help too.

For a wormhole I think your best bet is Dexterity on paragon and Magic Find, Vitality, or Life/Mana on curare (with a zon skiller if you find one). Large cycles should be most efficient if you care to optimize it; for paragon it might depend on exactly how much %dex you get from amethysts.

shouldn't be too difficult to put together, and you can actually craft a pair of gloves with up to +25-30 damage as well (plus abandoned or creepy shrine bonuses).


Thanks, I can work with that. I'm currently still in my midgame poison setup, but I'm preparing to get everything together. Found 40 move speed boots with high def and 1% PR so that will be good for Wind Runner!

125 now, sadly upgraded the royal circlet on my other phys char so I'll have to level up a bit before I can use it :P

Haven't found any zon hats yet, even though I have some 140 char and did a lot of farming. Eventually it will drop. Fauzt was comfortable to farm from the get go with this zon after hitting 125. Bremmtown is a pain though. No def, desync and other issues make it painful. I'll return to Bremm when I have found out how to do it fast and deathless. Definitely a different experience from totem nec, poison/cold sorc and ww barb.

Maybe switching to phys will help in Bremm because of the additional avoid.

Also: What would be the desirable stats to put on the Corrupted Wormhole?


The trick to bremm is just to aim at your feet so eviscerate clears the ghosts, i had some issues too before i found the method for it.
