if you got it there and it was rare, then it should work. if you upgraded it from magic it may not. anyway, better luck with a different shield, i think

The main reason I like the Creep is that it gives us a much wider range. Staff of Shadows is a slightly weaker version.. .but it is an sssu so hard to find. Really, you can use Dreamflange and be quite alright

Dead Lake's Lady is nice but its buffs are mostly stat-based so it doesn't outshine other options until lategame. The Creep is the only realm-only item I use so there's not so much to worry about.

Just curious, how do I get ring of light? Do I just need to roll pally shields with the cube recipe or do I need to use shrines? I'm still unsure how to use shrines but i read somewhere about error shrines in particular.

If you got your rare shield in dest or terror a4+ the ilvl of the shield should be 99 so you can roll it with some Oil of Renewal until u get ROL oskill or use what ever shrines. ( Keep it rare, i find it more easier to get rol )

If your shield was not rare and you enhanced it with the rare recipe, you have to do the tp scroll recipe ( to make the ilvl 99 ) by killing a dragon from an egg in act 2 destruction.
