Triune's Blessing already has added poison damage. Combining this with The Shanker will lower his overall poison damage. Viper's Mandate seems like an excellent choice if it can be wielded 1-handed with Triunes! I have never seen that weapon before, but you can really save a lot of headache getting -enemy poison with that weapon and up your damage substantially, far more than +poison damage alone.

Thanks!! That's really useful. One thing I don't fully understanding is: do you need to hit the breakpoints on both 1h weps, or just one to get the benefit?
