Scorpion Blade Assassin
From the looks of it, pretty significant buffs to this build in 2.3
Second explosion + ND addition increase coverage hugely
No more Energy and SF scaling means more survivability in the form of more Vit.
No more projectile scaling from QoB means more points to invest in things like Perfect Being and Prismatic Cloak (which synergizes with the increased Vit)

It felt pretty underwhelming in normal until act 4, then it really picked up. It still takes a long time to kill bosses in hell act 1 now and the aoe damage is also not the greatest, but I might just be undergeared. Haven't had such problems with any other build I played tho.
I've maxed the three scorpion blade related skills, perfect being and put some QoL points into the ninja tree, but now I'm clueless, I have no idea where I should put points into.

What do you think would provide more survivability in this build? Since we no longer need to dump energy, enough dex for max block, then vit. Or just pure vit? Vit scaling seems a bit low

It's a bug. Maxing Scorpion Blade makes around +40% of total damage.

I prefer dex. Vit is too low

not really a bug, more like a bandaid increased duration in early levels due to poor early wots scaling, same reason wots gets a lot of upfront early SD%

So when I don't put any points in to scorpion blade, my damage is higher? What is the point of that skill then? More blades? I'm going to run with lethal incision anyway since the damage without that is low. It looks really weird when skill says 5% increased duration per base level, but it actually goes down.
