boots are kinda useless random run walk sucks balls same with the gloves who wants to deal with random res...

sb you said these rws were strong the random stats make them meh as hell

they have overpowered procs, that's why they have 'random' affix in it

yea i understand the procs are op but the random stats kill them totally imo who wants to deal with going from -200r/w to +300 r/w randomly on a melee char? and unless random res got changed it makes doing any thing that has any kinda of elemental damage pointless since random res makes your res -100 to +100 regardless of how much res you have otherwise

no random res is usually an aura that has a specific range lets say -100 to 30, and in worst case you have to stack 100 more res to nullify the effect

75% additional FRW cancels out the negative effect of random run/walk. Funny thing is this affix is actually a net increase to speed even without any compensation on your part.

Same goes for the random res affix. You need 55% extra allres to nulify the negative effect of it.
