As mentioned in other threads Tradig sucks balls as it is right now, especially the charm trade. Ppl get bored way too fast and Ladders are empty after short period of time.

There is none to blame for this kind of situation not the charm seller neither the buyer its just how current system works and its not good in terms of getting or making the Mod more enjoyable to play and having longer Ladders and more ppl to play it over the time.

Charm trade needs to be stoped in some way or atleast slowed down drascitally.

Current TG system blows big time but its a good source or method to pay for the server so we need some sort of a balance here and find a way to make this better for everybody.

All this is very well known but lets see what happens in the future.

Honestly there is probably only one way to make charms not tradable - boss drops charms only when soloing and if charm is autopicked up into inventory and bind to char. In other cases, if you in team or kill while having charm in invetory or in squad - no charm drops. That is probably not gonna be coded anyway, plus it kills the multiplayer concept.

As for current ladder suggestions:
1. Shrine blessing recipe should be more expensive than just arcane shard + shrine. Shrines already give very good bonuses and luck blessing can easily make it too good for almost free.
2. The need for rare rings/amulet/item reroll is needed. Maybe something oldschool 3 rings = amulet or something like that. It could be 5 rings = ring reroll. Same for amulet and arrows/bolts. Maybe something for magic rings/amulets too, cause now they are useless item left for ever. x magic rings = 1 rare ring.
3. To prevent the abuse of 2. the price of gambling should go up way more than 50k/75k. 2-3 rings/amulets for max lvl 120 gold could be ok.
4. Baal spawns an identical clone with same skills when char dies inside his room.
5. Increase Bartuc summon room a bit and prevent the ability to leave that room up same way as icy cellar. If you go down to tower - Bartuc dies, same thing as Volrath.

Current ladder is basically dead when it comes to doing new stuff, the entire rerolling is aids (it literally doesn't exist) on rares. Grinding fauzt/TA/duncraig or selling uldy/void charms is getting really boring after a while. The problem of the mod imo and what will always be the problems is that "good" players will beat the game (getting basically max level and all charms, and 99% of the items they need) in just a few days. While someone who just started needs an entire ladder and maybe still havn't completed all ubers yet, even with grinding.

Completely agree with this.

I'm not a very good player, and to do all the content i would definitely need the entire ladder, where as you said, other players are done and bored in days.

There i no problem in "good" players being good and the fact they get stuff done rather quickly and then get bored fast. I have easy solution for them and for any other cuz its tested and proven = play the game selffound and dont trade for su or misc.

The problem is the "good" players dont only make themself bored they make any other player aswell wich buys stuff off from them, cuz those guys who buy charms dont need to gear up for specific uber and get those charms they can keep farming or whatever they do, but farming and running same places over and over again gets u bored.

So its important to slow down those charm sellers (only charm no items) cuz it has impact on whole realm.

In the end im fine with few "good" guys being bored after first week vs. whole realm being bored after 1 month.

Sorry I didn't read through the 70+ pages of previous posts on this topic, but my idea is being able to cube ears with items to personalize them.
There's is unlimited respec so why not a way to have unlimited item personalization. Maybe make it to where you could overwrite name on item by cubing with different persons ear so ppl arent permanently branding gear they're planning on trading.

I find the most fun part of this mod is progressing through new, harder ubers and content (big surprise). The ability to buy all charms (what could be a real indicator of progress) is a big negative.
Note that all classes can solo all current ubers, with gear and skill switching ofc.
I think a possible solution is making some charms untradable. Have the uber be designed for solo or possibly even team play. The others can be a free for all as they are now.
Maybe some of the hardest ubers could grant some huge amount of experience (possibly only one time), and level 121-125 would be an indicator of this progress. Ofc this is currently a TSW-only idea.

Not a fan of the level 5 challenge, having to use certain skills and respec so early.

Also, not looking for an overall buff.. but would like to see assassin get more benefit from +skill gear, they are too hard-point based.
