Well I tried rolling luck bonus on GS6 and it took me less than ten minutes non-ladder, but that's not running chaos season. If you think it's server related why not switch GS?

I found in a build a recipe... unique amulet + moon of the spider charm, to get +5% resistances...

In the docs i didn't found any recipe about using charms!! Where can i find more recipe?

Wait for the patch notes. There will be changes. The core announcement just announced the 2017 core, not the patch changes.
