Does the Proc on Kill works only for direct hit?

Exmple, i am equipping items that gives glacial nova on kill, using Paladin, Vessel of Judgement, i should have more than 30 % but is not proccing....

Skills that deal weapon damage and poison spells can trigger on kills procs. Vessels won't trigger on kill, nor will non-poison spells, like glacial nova.

non poison spells are proccing "when enemy is slain" tho

meh i wanted a ice party with my caster pally... so a poison sorc could work for the ice party? i want to figure out a build that works with calypso

He said poison spell can trigger...

So far so good on the loader except if I try to change it to full screen it won't start. Switched back to windowed and it worked fine. Can fullscreen not be played?

Does Plug Y information work on TSW? For the info and stuff? The respecing doesn't, iirc, correct? How do I install it into the loader for single player?

Update: It finally did launch but it took about 5 1/2 minutes to happen. Why is that?

Poison spells such as Sorc's Lorenado will trigger on-kill procs.

Any skills that deal weapon damage (will say in the skill description) can trigger on striking and on kill procs.

Any skill that has your character doing a Melee attack animation (barb's stormblast, paladin's blood thorns, assassin's crucify, treewarden's wildfire, etc etc) can trigger on Melee attack. Only Melee skill that doesn't trigger this is amazon's thundercrack.

Every damage type/attack in the game can trigger on slain procs.

To add, any spell that doesnt deal poison damage, such as sorc's abyss (cold spell), paladin's mindflay (lightning), vessel of retribution/judgment (physical spell, not physical weapon damage), etc, will NOT proc on kill. Poison only for spells.
