For qlvl check "base items" in docs (game ->...). jewels/rings/ammys always have qlvl 1 and quivers is 0, as it mentioned on "affixes" page on docs ("wiki" section in docs menu).

so one more if i have crafted boots with 20% uninterruptable attack does that bonus apply to my merc? my summoned minons? totems?

im trying to figure out how much value that has for me? i know if my mercs item has it it makes a difference

or if it will apply to my spell dmg attacks or my frost totems.. or just melee

is it worth to have items that decrease enemy resistances if you play a non caster class?
speaking mostly for physical immunes, to increase elemental damage they receive from attacks

Maggot Lair to the top right of where Tyrael stands in Duriel's Chamber. Go through the two maggot levels (Maggot Lair, then Maggot Depths), then hole entrance to Wretched Sands at the end of Maggot Depths.

If you have elemental damage to weapon, then absolutely.

This may be a stupid question, since only Devs will know, but, is there any way to know the levels of each zones for leveling?
I'm trying to set up the fastest to rush the game/speedrun, but trial and error is gonna take weeks/months, and I dont think the original D2/LOD ''tables'' (or whatever they are called for each area) are working (for obvious reasons, they are modded).

An example of what i'm trying to find is this but for MXL. I'm guessing its not public and its wanted to stay that way, but if any chance someone can shine some ''light'' into the topic, would love you forever, since will cut down the trials and error by miles.
Thanks!

Edit: By find, i mean like if anyone has something close to it, i know there are no tables for median xl on the internet (or anything similar to this, only the old ones for laz's).

This might be a dumb answer but you mean mob lvl on each area? Just check the ilvl of items they drop.
