The old Left4Dead team made a new game called Back4Blood fyi. It comes with weapon upgrades and a system where you can add unlockable cards to your game (things like: Gain 1 life per zombie kill in melee or +20% shotgun ammo), to make your gameplay unique and have something to work towards.
Yea i tried the beta, cool concept but it's all over the place for me. It's also off putting for me that even though you get covered in blood along with your weapons that you can gib enemies into pieces at all like you could in left 4 dead. The builds system is interesting but the gameplay needs a lot more work for me. Overall i thought it was ok but not on levels of Left4Dead when it comes to big hordes of zombies thrown your way. But it was the beta so it can only get better , we'll see.
