Can anyone plz describe how new mechanic of minion resistance in mxl2017.
1. how much the base res?
2. Did the minion get bonus res per lvl or base lvl
3. what res is increase when put +minion res?
4. whats the cap of +minion res
5. How much penalty on minon res on terror and DES

IIRC...
Summons have innate resistance bonuses, which are capped at 75% (I think they're res-capped naturally by lvl 5 or something on Hatred, but IDK how it works). They suffer the res penalty for Terror, meaning they neeed +50% res to be capped at 75% again. On Destruction, they suffer more, meaning they need the full +75% res. But since they can't utilize anything above 75%, their max res potential on Destruction is 50%.

Ok let make this simple, U mean i must get +75% minion resistance in destruction to hit the cap? and do i need to put max 5 hard skill point into summon skill to get max bonus minion resistance. Can someone from the developer confirm this plz?

AFAIK, yes. +75% minion res will cap them at 50% res in Destruction, just as YVLoopin said.
IDK how summons get their innate res. I think it's based on your character level, not how many skill points into summons. So once you hit clvl 5, any summons you have are res-capped. Again, I could be wrong about that.
