Sunstones

So im doing Tran Athulua atm and im wondering what do i cube with the seperate sunstones to gain its bonus, or is it all 3 in the cube in ultimative

each priestress drops a sunstone aswell as the guard at the entrance
cube the gem from the entrance with the stone droping from the priestress while you got the whirls
this only works for the stone of this exact prietress

Do i have to run back to the entrance after i kill one? since i cant seem to find this gem
