Volrath cheated me... twice
So i created a new character in single player, and did the level 5 challenge, correctly killing all traps, not dying, then got close to killing volrath the first time and he just seemed to die, but didnt drop anything. So i did it again, and when he dropped the charm, i ID'd it and it shows 0 stats but says keep in inventory for effect, ... what in the hell happened? and how do i get the charm? hopefully i dont have to take another 15 mins killing them dam traps running in a circle...

You have 30 seconds to cube the Harkon Crystal Gem with any Gem after killing Volrath, so prepare it in advance and keep your cube empty! If you are level 5 or below, cube it while the red whirls are on your character to invest power into it.
Harkon Crystal Gem + any Gem (any quality) → Harkon Crystal Gem with added bonuses
