150% damage to demons and undead????

How does this mechanic work in the game... I am wondering if it does give a immence damage boost towards those type of monsters... Any ideas on this %damage to demons on items will be much appreicated

From what I recall, it works just like Enhanced Weapon Damage. It only affects physical weapon damage. No elements, no spells.

It's not great.
