Startled Witch : she seem ignore magic resist like steelmaster sad : " She ignores your magic resists now. Haven't defeated her yet " . How to survive in this uber and kill her ?

Use summons to distract her.

or keep your distance and use ranged attacks to keep OW applied while dodging her spam. If you run away from her and in kind of a figure-8 pattern you can dodge it pretty reliably, especially in sp.
