You die, because act bosses (and many other bosses) have on struck, and possibly on striking procs, which means when you hit them or when they hit you, they throw a spell at you. All you have to do is hit a few times, then run around to dodge those spells. You can't just go ham, because you will die.

Zeal pal and fury dru can facetank dia with selffound t1 gear.
Thing is bosses like meph and dia need some gearchecks, u cant just jump on them if u dont have nicely ammount of dr% magic res, mdr, pdr and some ele sorb.

Blizzard sorc and frenzy barb. Baal waves were hui, fifth wave boss was super hui, Baal was huinia and drop was real hui.

I want to get my throw assassin into nm. And to finish nm at least with one char so i can take look at last difficulty and what's there.

staryi sb and me finished nm today. started with dia, he was pretty strong, +-the same difficulty as he was on normal
after him we pretty much steamrolled till ancients. they hit ultra hard, 1-2 shot me and sorc, barb lived abit longer. but luckily they had very low hp pool compared to other HU bosses, so they werent issue either
baal third and fifht waves were really strong, rest were easy. baal himself was joke, killed him even faster than on normal
also completed uber in anc way. way to boss was long and boring, something around 10 levels. boss himself was pretty strong, but abusable at the same time
charm is garbage
and some of my gear upgrades:
