well not really, chances that it's caused by tsw desync rather than mod problem are high, I assume it can't be done on SP.

also who's "they"? it's been me alone since 2012 :)

I made a runeword staff recently and noticed that the modifiers that appeared were enhanced damage and attack rating. Maybe it would be better if it was +% spell damage and physical/magical spell damage or something that would benefit a caster. This could apply to all casting weapons including nec/druid staffs and wands as well.

Or maybe a modifier that adds 1/4 weapon damage to all spells and allow all spells to work with on kill procs. :)

Well technically the proc on that staff is way more useful to melee spellcasters, which could benefit from the attack rating (mainly) and the enhanced damage. Although I'm not sure of the max rolls on those mods and whether or not they can be relevant.

That being said imagine if this and the other realm RWs were buffed, we would have a riot on our hands.

I think he refers to the "same" staff you are trying to talk about Fumbles. You did not mention the runeword, so it goes like "any staff". I don't see staff or druid staff runewords that would give ED and AR as runeword attribute. You probably get them from weapon itself while rolling double MO + luck upgrade OR from crafted jewels. If you imply that caster weapons should have different attributes instead of ED and AR - it will probably require recoding all weapons and dividing them into caster/melee categories. Probably to much work.
