Have you tried to change the gameserver you play on?
Seems you are from Thailand, so you should try Gameserver 7. You can change to this by typing "/gs 7" in game. (Without Quotations)

My plans are same as last ladder, get 2 favourite chars +1 random to 120 in softcore. Farm full sigs for one of them. If full set aquired for other class - get that class to 120. Play one char a bit in hc until dead or bored.
