They usually announce it 2 weeks before and 6 previous resets happened on tuesday. Some ppl say that Blizz will announce it in 2-3 days and reset the ladder on 01.12.15.

How do I improve the mercenary except rune formulas,die like a fly,or it is better to take 60 to 70 level.

make treachery asap on a merc, gives them much needed dr, res, and ias.
