1. Hades underworld.
D2SE compatible. You can use plugy stash and you can restat stats/skills if you edit plugy.ini file. Chars have almost same skills as original game, but some of them are randomly switched between classes, for example barb gets fire golem, meteor, fire bolt, amazon gets druids' morph, ect. For more info you can search here and there are some youtube videos. They show secret recipes how you can get runes, items with cubing few pots.

2. Kingdom of Tenai
No plugy, no restat. Really weird mod but also might be addicted in some ways. Skills are totally different. Here is FAQ about it and it should help you start. At start you get orb and 3 ingredients - choose one and get some bonuses. Kinda like subclass. Your usuall skills are gone and you get to choose passives instead, things like speeds, resists, absorbs, ect. Skills are sold at npc and can be socketed in socks. Cubing mana pots in cube might give you something, but it's a secret
Hp/Mp orbs are ugly dragons and no way to tell how exactly points are left without moving mouse over. Most annoying thing so far.► Show Spoiler
3. Requiem of sorrow
No restat, but got plugy even though it shows no option at d2se window. All seven classes get 4th skill tree - passives and few new skills with original ones. You get starting charm with 4 ingredients to cube at lvl 1, 25, 50, 75 and 100. Max lvl is increased and /players are up to 127 ! More info - here. Plus game constatly sells Soj to mercs itself.
