Reworked the gold pickup/drop notification display. First of all, it got a new look


And now if you pickup/drop multiple times in a short time span (island of the sunless sea anyone?), the value adds up and displays on the same line, instead of adding a new line for every event. The notification resets every 1.5 seconds.


For those who may not remember or that just didn't see it (it was posted on the old forum), here is how it looked like before. Also it's not shown on the screenshot, but it added a new line for every gold pick/drop.

On that note, do you confirm that gold pickup is automatic in sigma? Also, what kind of range does it have?

Yes. Whist posted about that a long time ago. (see code statistics topic in this forum for a more complete list of the work he's done so far)

Gold does automatically pickup when you walk over it. The range is not very wide, I wanted to keep it "realistic". The range is more or less one tile in radius.

Will gold drop from monster have move value in Sigma? I mean if the "Socketed runes in throwing weapons then sell it for massive gold" still exist then I don't see picking up gold very attractive

My friend, if you pick up good automatically instead of having to click every last pile, there's nothing to complain about. Gold is gold.

Thing that I'm worried about is gold on death and dropped gold for things like quov/brachy runs and etc

Might cause a few confusions and problems
