HELLO.
I have a question bothering me about slow and the barbarian skill Iceblast.
What happen when I hit a monster with SS plus Iceblast?
Snake stance gives me 50% slow on all speed from monster.
Iceblast gives a bit of -% enemy velocity.
1 user says me that Iceblast and Snake slow are different and they don't stack. Still, my question is Iceblast slow OVERWRITES Snake's slow?
If that is the case, then Iceblast is a bad idea for a snake barb (Storm will suit better).
Lastly, what slow is dominant? Snake, Iceblast?

Actually, I retract my last answer. Was confused on the skill you meant. 100% of iceblast is cold, and does not get stance damage bonuses IIRC.
