Unique upgrade nerfed?

Hi there! Just started the new ladder season on Median XL and did a paladin.
However, I got a ''Vindicatress'' from Griswold, upgraded it to tier 4 with Arcane Crystal and the stats always remains the same.
Just wondering if it's a bug or intentional.
Sorry for mistakes, it's getting quite late over here.!

Are you making sure to use arcane crystal + rune?
