New MedianXL Player, Old D2 player.. LF Help!

Hi folks,

I've been an avid D2 fan for years, but shelved it a couple'o years ago... i recently went back to Path of Diablo, but wanted somethiing "more".

Saw this.. noticed the release of the 2017 Version in a few hours... questions goes:

Is it possible for me, to have 2 different mods installed at once? The MedianXL one, and the PoD one?
We really wanna try this out at our lan party tonight.. looks jolly fun!

All the info you could give me would be most appreciated.

Use D2SE sir.
Just add mod folder into folder 'MODS'.

Well if you use a mod manager like D2SE you be able to play both via that, that how I did it myself.
Though no idea if it will still work with MedianXL 2017 with changes.

from what i could read in the forum, plugy and d2se will be still useable for this new version of median

further info if you type in d2se in the search: You will need to edit their .ini files to load MXL.dll.

The only thing i want... is to be able to have PoD (the multiplayer) working along with the MedianXL multiplayer one
Is that possible, when it's online? Attempting to download the thingy now..

Anyone brave enough to attempt to guide me through? Could be through chatting or.. Discord?

it should work from what i understand. you just have to edit the ini files for the new median version to load the MXL.dll. mostly if you search for some issue, you can get solutions for any kinds of problems
