Since questions from 2 on are not directed towards a specific release, I'll reply to both:
20162) PvP can already be done in median - although I agree it's not super balanced, it's fun and viable if you make PvP-based characters. People usually just use their PvE chars to go hostile, and the fluctuation of stacked resistances and stacked pierce is what makes output damage vary from none to instant kill. Will it improve in 2016? Yes, it will indirectly become better thanks to the reduction of charm stats which will lead to battles last longer.

6) well there are noticeable problems already on ladder resets. It is normal that at first things don't work too well. For 2016 ladder, I'll try to get a total of 10 gameservers.
Sigma2) A lot of PvP oriented features (such as arena, capture the flag, etc) will be implemented so I'm sure there will be a lot of fun here

6) same logic for 2016 patch. Except we can expect at least a 100% userbase increase. But if a sigma ladder ever happens, I'll probably be so mind blown that probably I wouldn't care about this.
