One character guess or entire sentence guess, however if you attempt the entire thing and are wrong, you're out till the next go around. Normally, whoever guesses entire sentence correctly wins and gets to start their own. If you answer wrong, you get an leg, then another leg, then an arm, then another arm, then your dead... and that's for all players. If everyone dies, original creator goes again or passes the torch.
