Addiction

My love for coffee can be called an addiction. Since my student days when I started and never stopped. Yes, my tastes changed; I tried a lot of new and expensive coffee. I bought a bunch of brewing equipment and now I'm probably more addicted to coffee than ever.

That is actually interesting. Is it the taste, habit or coffeine that keeps you hooked? I often hear that it's just the need of drinking somenthing hot.

I relapsed again and feeling stupid. I always find some reason to use, addict always does.

For me, I struggled with nicotine for years. Smoking felt like a crutch during stressful times, but eventually, I realized it was taking more from me than it gave. Transitioning to vaping, especially something like the VIHO Supercharge, helped me ease out of the habit while managing cravings more effectively. It's not perfect, but it’s a step toward a healthier balance.

i got addiction to sport too. walking outside daily 7-10 km's. workout every 3 days. healthy food. sometime at weekends eating some kfc
