has only 100% wpd Carnage , but in Necromancer tree is 125 and this shield reduce your Dragon blessing stats with 50% i think we deverse to have oskill buff as well not only in necromancer tree skill. Necromancer skill tree it's 125% wpd on this item is just 100% .


have you tested it? it is extremely likely that it got the buff but just has the old tooltip still - most oskills with different requirements to the original have a different skills.txt line and skilldesc (to have the different requirements) but will use the same missiles (which most of the time is what actually controls the damage)


This is precisely correct. Someone reported this to us and sb checked and they reference the same missile (and thus deal the same damage). That skilldesc is pulling from a different version of the skill so it's showing incorrect info.

Yeah, I get where you're coming from. I’ve tried building an hmp setup too, and without insane gear, Retaliate just feels underwhelming in higher labs. You can have decent survivability, but your clear speed really suffers past T5 unless you rely heavily on support scrolls, which shouldn't be the only way to enable a build. Same with Earthquake barb—feels like you really need top-tier stuff to push it without dragging.

When I’m not grinding out these builds, I’ve been messing around with some digital games like i-Sabong. It’s kind of fun to switch gears and try something different for a bit without stressing over gear tiers or meta changes.

I can clearly say that before 2.10, if eq barb didnt use unarmed bug, then he wouldnt be t0 in t10, he was much slower in t10 than those unarmed eq barbs. If no unarmed bug, eq barb falls into t1-t1.5 in endgame lab farming. So in the coming 2.11, I never say eq barb is not good, just not good enough for me to play in late/endgame. A passed bd by patch and by veteran players in endgame. I bet few will choose eq barb to farm lab to reach lvl 150 in 2.11. Ppl know what is strong and what is not.

I tested it, seems like the case in 2.11 will be a bit different with 2.10, since the tremor bug will be fixed in 2.11. So, eq barb can rise again in 2.11 by my test, but only this time, armed is better than unarmed.
