Is that so? I'm a casual gamer, only on SP, and I will never again be able to get the absolute end game charms in 2.0. Could you tell me how I can transfer charms to 2.0?

use: Open the save file>>click the "items" button above>> you can "right-click each item or use "move all to shared stash".

should work on most save file if not, wait for new version that could work with 2.0 if the dev decided

You missed the point... point is that ALL chars/items will be incompatible with 2.0 (as well as MXL Offline Tool for first some time). So transfering will do nothing to it... but if this player had no tool installed yet..

Y'all, the skill tree and runewords and probably most items will be entirely new. Nothing useful's going to transfer over except gold and maybe stacks of signets or shrines, and even that's dicey. If you want to keep your Sigma 1.X stuff around, just back up your Diablo II and saves folders, because it's barely worth the effort of fighting with it to figure out what little pieces can actually transfer.

I've seen

Rebel (Xis)

in the trailer, and from stats, it's more or less identical to Rebel we have now. Then again, in Runeword Overhaul topic they said they'll keep things that work well, they'll just change the way these runewords are assembled.

You missed the point... point is that ALL chars/items will be incompatible with 2.0 (as well as MXL Offline Tool for first some time). So transfering will do nothing to it... but if this player had no tool installed yet..

Haven't seen any word from devs yet, is this confirmed?. I was able to xfer my non-sigma gears(2018-or older)items to a new sigma char waybak 2020.
we still using D2lod save file types and seems the same on Sigma 2.0 (seeing on leaks from discord), so Offline tools could possibly work

yes backup of saves is the way for all SP players. could see few old runes/great runes used on 2.0 runewords tho. I barely play SP but you dont wanna farm again those UMO. trophies, *relics, tyraels might, etc if possible right?

Meh? It's a whole new game just like the jumps from XVc to 2017 to 1.0 were. It's not just a minor version bump where my trophied TA charm from 1.3 works just fine all the way through 1.8. I'm more excited to start from scratch again than I am worried about keeping the same stuff I've had for years. Ladders are annoyingly frequent for me, but after two and a half years of Sigma 1.0, I've done everything I'm going to... no need to keep pulling the past forward. And if I do want to experience 1.8 again, well, I've got it backed up.

No, only harvest works when morphed.

You won't see a bear spamming rain of fire :-]
