Set items were reworked, currently that set piece doesn't exist anymore thus it became an unusable legacy piece if you've collect it in the previous patch.

short seasons are better .. more fast paced and frequent updates .. sure it will be a toll on the developers for updating every 3 months .. but if more players come and the game be more known .. it will be better for everyone .
