NB = "nota bene"

just means "take note"

So there are some summons (granted by quest items) that you can use the summons of, but general summons like Barb units are off the table.

This mean you can summon "Edyrem"'s only and revive(not sure about this) :)

:( It is what made the set cool for me, i think that cool mechanics like this should stay.
Also: "Bladestorm:
Halved number of projectiles for better performance, doubled Weapon Damage modifier"
Hope it still looks awesome visually since to me it was one of the coolest looking skills in the game.
One of the things that drove me to play out builds in Median Xl were the nice skill visualizations and i just hope they remain awesome.

By the way, mercs not benefitting form "+X to skill", does that mean that "+X to all skills" will have no impact on them too?
Also I hope that those charms involving '"max base skill lvl" will be revamped accordingly. Imagine for example Legacy of Blood, useless for any caster...

I suspect that's 16% of that 1%, not that he will heal 80% HP with one WW lol

I was also hoping that melee necro will finally get some good ultimate skill for himself :( O well, can't have it all at once i suppose ;)

some of the bosses with + max skills are now required to unlock masteries instead, e.g. bartuc is required for endurance mastery

I've seen some people say that goblins would be in the new patch but at a reduced rate, I can't see confirmation of what's happening with them in the notes. Anyone know?

Looks to me like they made the decision easy. I don't see Bacon in the writeup whatsoever. Throwsin tree looks fucking sick though.
