What is the "curse of the zakarum" set?

This looks Great, looking to me like the low level leveling if you will should be much much more fluid, as I dont have to stop and farm for boxes, I dont have to worry about alot of orbs.... Looks like new chars will be able to just hit the ground running. =0

That was the idea behind it. To make hatred easier and more familiar to the increasing new playerbase and to allow progression with the builds instead of "get your skills and be op from that point on". It will also be nice with all the changes for people to adjust to the new patch.
