M17 Released!

I can not for the life of me to get this thing to run without this error: http://i.imgur.com/pB43OsT.png

Game launches, then as soon as I load my character it crashes.

1.13c installed and median XL only installed. No launcher or plugy. Ran as admin.

i still get the ACCESS VIOLATION C000000005 error message, any ideas?
